I am not much of a smoothie or shake person. I like the idea of a quick protein meal but do not really enjoy sipping a thick beverage. However, I accidently found something that even I like by mixing a few ingredients I had in the kitchen.
1 banana (very ripe)
1 round slice of orange with rind for taste
1 tablespoon of coconut manna/coconut meat
1 scoop of whey protein powder
Acai juice, as much as you want for consistency.
Blend all the ingredients and enjoy!!
I am getting back into the groove of things, enjoying the second trimester and starting to post more recipies and diary entries.
