Super Tasty Time Saving Cold Oatmeal
I love this recipe, it is tasty and such a wonderful time saver. I am one of those people who wake up hungry. In fact if I wake up and do not eat within a few minutes I start to feel nauseous. So having a breakfast ready is a wonderful thing for me. So here is what you need:
2 cups of oats
1.5 cups of milk
1 cup of plain yogurt
half a cup of chia seeds
half a cup of hemp seeds
honey or agave syrup to taste
Mix all of the ingredients in a glass container, close the lid and refrigerate over night. Eat within 3-4 days. I put different fruit on top each morning to make it taste different. Such as bananas, strawberries, goji berries etc.
