Super Tasty Time Saving Cold Oatmeal
I love this recipe, it is tasty and such a wonderful time saver. I am one of those people who wake up hungry. In fact if I wake up and do not eat within a few minutes I start to feel nauseous. So having a breakfast ready is a wonderful thing for me. So here is what you need:
2 cups of oats
1.5 cups of milk
1 cup of plain yogurt
half a cup of chia seeds
half a cup of hemp seeds
honey or agave syrup to taste
Mix all of the ingredients in a glass container, close the lid and refrigerate over night. Eat within 3-4 days. I put different fruit on top each morning to make it taste different. Such as bananas, strawberries, goji berries etc.
Please comment if you tried the recipe and whether you liked it or have other suggestions.
I am getting back into the groove of things, enjoying the second trimester and starting to post more recipies and diary entries.
Here is the diary of my pregnancy, its been going really well and we are super excited about meeting our Baby.
