Delicious All Raw Protein Bars

Mix the following ingredients in the mixer/blender:


3 tbs of flax seed

3 tbs of sesame seed

4 tbs of hemp seed

4 tbs of chia seed

2 tbs of goji berries

2 tbs Artisana cocao bliss

2 tbs Artisana coconut butter

1 tbs of raw honey

5 dates

Enough water to allow your blender to mix the ingredients


I added a little too much water since I do not have a regular blender and the bullet blender I have requires the mixture to be more watery to work. So after I was done with the bullet I added coconut flakes to make the mixture less watery and more dough like. Shape the bars or you can make them into balls. Roll them in a bowl with coconut flakes and decorate with a piece of nut. Refrigerate for 30 mins or more.
