Facing an onslaught of new iOS and Mac apps that use Instagram-style filters, Apple and Instagram’s creators are trying to get users to pay attention.
But Instagram users are getting frustrated with this approach, and they want the company to do more.
TechRadu spoke with a handful of Instagram users who want Instagram filters to appear at the bottom of their posts, and some of them are also looking for ways to make them appear in their own apps.

But that doesn’t mean the company has forgotten about the mobile app community, either.
For the past few weeks, Instagram users have been posting about how they want to see Instagram filters appear on their own iOS and macOS apps, and a new post on the iOS blog has even suggested a feature for the upcoming Apple TV.
It’s not clear whether the feature is coming to the iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV yet, but it’s likely to be an upcoming feature, and we’ll keep you posted on when it is.
